Together with James Parsons, I co-founded the PMA International HR Tech Conference—the first in Germany to tackle the intersection of people mobility, HR transformation, and technology. Under the banner of #MissionPossible, I guide forward-thinking discussions, helping HR leaders and global mobility professionals find actionable solutions to the industry’s toughest challenges.

Global Mobility Conference
In 2018, I convinced DGFP to launch the Global Mobility Conference, helping them to create a platform where HR and global mobility leaders can discuss the future of global workforces. Each year since its inception, I have moderated the conference and led engaging discussions on the changing dynamics of global mobility and international HR.
Beyond the conference, I also moderate DGFP discussion groups (ERFA). The sessions focus on impats, international assignments and international HR. My goal is to ensure each discussion delivers real-world insights and actionable strategies.
